High-Signal Hiring (the Diagnostic, Mission Builder, Hiring Loop Builder, and related tools).
Last updated: 27 April 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Swipe Talent Partners Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the High-Signal Hiring tools at highsignalhiring.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and where applicable the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR).
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Email address. Captured at checkout via ThriveCart and used to issue your access token, send purchase confirmation, and (see section 4) enrol you in our newsletter.
- Inputs to the AI tools. The information you type into the Diagnostic, Mission Builder, Hiring Loop Builder, or any related tool, including company context, role descriptions, and judgement-versus-execution allocations.
- Generated outputs. The structured deliverables produced by the tools, including Hiring Risk Snapshots, Mission Briefs, and Hiring Loops.
Payment information
Payments are processed by ThriveCart. We do not see, store, or process your card details on our infrastructure. We receive only the order reference, purchase amount, and the email you used at checkout.
Technical information
- IP address. Hashed (SHA-256, truncated to 32 characters) and stored alongside your generated outputs for abuse prevention and analytics. Raw IP addresses are not retained.
- User-agent string. Your browser type and version, stored alongside your outputs.
- Access token. A randomly generated UUID issued after purchase. We do not use account passwords; the token is the access mechanism.
We do not retain chat transcripts. Conversations with the AI assistants are processed in real time by Anthropic's API and are not stored in our database. Only the structured output you generate (Snapshot, Mission Brief, Hiring Loop) is retained.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Issue and validate your access token.
- Operate the AI tools and return outputs to you.
- Re-display your generated outputs when you return to the tools.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive usage.
- Improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
- Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, access link, support replies).
- Send newsletter content (see section 4).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models.
4. Marketing Communications
When you purchase any High-Signal Hiring tool, your email address is automatically enrolled in our newsletter, "High-Signal Hiring," delivered via beehiiv. The newsletter contains hiring strategy content, product updates, and occasional offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in the footer of every newsletter, or by emailing support@highsignalhiring.com. Unsubscribing has no effect on your access to the tools you have purchased.
If you do not want to be enrolled, email support@highsignalhiring.com after purchase and we will remove you immediately.
5. Third Parties That Process Your Data
We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service:
- Anthropic (United States) — provides the Claude AI models that power the tools. Inputs you submit are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models. Anthropic may retain inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
- Supabase (United States / European Union) — provides the database and storage layer where your access token, generated outputs, hashed IP, user agent, and email are stored.
- ThriveCart (United States) — processes payments and issues purchase confirmations. ThriveCart's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
beehiiv — delivers the newsletter and manages subscription preferences.
Each of these providers is bound by its own privacy and data-processing terms. By using the Service you consent to your data being shared with them for the purposes described.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data is processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our sub-processors operate. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your data to those jurisdictions. We rely on standard contractual clauses and the data processing agreements of our sub-processors to provide an appropriate level of protection.
7. Data Retention
- Generated outputs and access tokens. Retained indefinitely while your account is active so you can return to your outputs. Deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request (see section 8).
- Hashed IP and user-agent records. Retained for up to 12 months for abuse prevention.
- Email address (newsletter). Retained until you unsubscribe.
- Payment records. Retained for the period required by Australian tax and financial regulations (currently seven years).
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or out-of-date information.
- Delete your account, generated outputs, and personal information.
- Export your generated outputs in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@highsignalhiring.com. We will respond within 30 days.
For EU and UK residents
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing your data are:
- Contract performance — to provide the Service you purchased.
- Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, and Service improvement.
- Consent — for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
9. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses minimal client-side storage:
- Access token in the URL. Your access link contains a token (
?token=...) which the browser uses to authenticate you against the tool. Do not share this link.
- Local storage. We use the browser's localStorage to persist conversation state and theme preference within a session. This data stays on your device.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
10. Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS / TLS.
- Access tokens are unique UUIDs validated server-side on every request.
- API keys, database credentials, and webhook secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables, never in source code.
- Raw IP addresses are not retained; only a truncated hash.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in line with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@highsignalhiring.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to recent purchasers and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
